When you book a session, we may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, home address and payment details. This information is used solely to manage your booking, communicate with you about your appointment, process payments and provide the services you have requested.

Your photographs and personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share information where necessary to process your booking, such as with trusted payment providers or print and framing suppliers involved in fulfilling your order.

Your images are stored securely and retained for up to 6 months following your session. Before they are permanently deleted, we may contact you to offer the opportunity to purchase additional wall art or products.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask for any inaccuracies to be corrected, or request that your data is deleted where appropriate.
