Terms of Service

By booking a session with The Radiant Iris North East, you agree to the following:

- Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.

- Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

- Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

- The final artwork created from your iris is for personal use only and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission.

- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
